Sometimes we need additional resources to support ourselves through difficult times. Below is a list of local and national resources that can be used as needed.

Utah Crisis Line & Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams (MCOT)

For those local to Utah, the Crisis Line and Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) can provide services to those who live within the state. It is a 24/7 resource. Their phone numbers are the following:

For those local to Utah who would like a listening ear, and are looking for connection from those who have walked similar paths. The Warm Line is available 8am - 11pm, 7 days a week. SafeUT Crisis Chat and Tip Line App

In collaboration with the Crisis Line, the SafeUT app is a 24/7 service that allows individuals to chat to a crisis worker through either the app or their website. There are three different versions:

The Trevor Project

Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention organization geared towards supporting LGBTQ+ youth and young people. They include a 24/7 hotline with a crisis counselor via text, phone call, and online chat. You can contact them through the following methods below:
