Treshain Elerson, LCSW

Treshain Elerson, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has lived in Utah for 8 years. Originally from Memphis, TN, she received her Master of Social Work from the University of Memphis. She is the Founder and Owner of HeliaHealth Counseling since December 2024. With HeliaHealth, she strives to provide mental health care to underrepresented communities within the Salt Lake Valley. She currently works as a school-based clinical therapist for Odyssey House of Utah at a local alternative high school, where she received the 2024 Community Partner Award. Previously, she has worked for Valley Behavioral Health as a school-based therapist, as a Crisis Worker for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and on the SafeUT app with the University of Utah’s Huntsman Mental Health Institute. Her focus on supporting minority and oppressed groups is paramount, and she believes that everyone should have access towards adequate mental health care.
